As many of us plan vacations we wonder how we will keep our eating in check and continue exercising while we are on vacation. Also many wonder how they can lose a few extra pounds before going on vacation so they can have a splurge night and eat ice cream while on vacation.

Two sets of dumbbells (a light and a heavy set) or a resistance band is required for most of the workouts. Also a yoga mat is nice to have but not required.
This program is great for men or omen who want to lose weight and don't want to make a long time commitment. This is not an extreme fitness program and can be done by anyone of any age. This is great for beginners and intermediates. If you don't like "off-limit" diet plans or deprivation then this program is for you.
I lost 9 pounds and 16.25 inches in my first round (first 21 days) of this program.
