T25 Update

So we have now been doing T25 for 25 days. We are loving this. He has now lost over 30 pounds since we started on April 7th. I have lost over 25 pounds. This morning Brian kept commenting that he doesn't ever remember looking this good. He is excited to have some definition in his arms and abs. I'm feeling stronger and loving every moment.

These workouts are still challenging. I completely each day dripping with sweat. I still have to modify some of the exercises. My arms are really strong. My legs are getting there. I cannot wait to take measurements next week to see how my body has changed. This was a picture from Week 2:
I cannot believe that those arms are mine. It still amazes me everyday what changes I've made and how well things have been going. I used to think Beachbody was a gimmick, but I'm now a believer. I'm getting stronger everyday!

Focus T25 is a10-Week program with workouts that only take 25 minutes long (Alpha last five weeks and beta last five weeks).  This program is ideal for those with busy schedules or people who are short on time but want to workout in the shortest time possible. This fast and effective workout is about no nonsense, no wasted time, and all about getting great results. It's short in time, but intense, and has eleven workouts that will push your whole body to new limits.  These workouts are packed with cardio and resistance moves that require minimal equipment to do, but every ounce of commitment and dedication to get 100% ripped. Each workout includes a 1.5-3 minute cool down.

What is the required equipment?
Alpha doesn't require anything but a little bit of space. Beta requires weight or a resistance band for two of the workouts.

My next challenge group will be made up of individuals who are committed to starting and finishing the program and getting the best results possible.
