Frozen yogurt

Yesterday I really wanted ice cream but didn't want the calories. I decided to try to make some frozen yogurt.
This past weekend we went to a local farm and we picked cherries. They also had fresh picked mulberries therefore I used these.

Ingredients:
3/4 low fat Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup Cherries pitted
1/4 cup Mulberries
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
1. Mash the berries in a bowl. I used a meat masher. I left some chunks.
2. Mix the berries with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Freeze in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.

This was so yummy and definitely solved my craving for ice cream.
