Whole Wheat Tortillas

Ingredients:
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oil (I use olive oil)
1 cup water (heat in microwave for about 2 minutes)

Directions:
1. Put whole wheat flour and oil in a stand mixer with a dough hook
2. Mix for about 2-3 minutes until thoroughly mixed. it will look like small peas.
3. Slowly add warm water.
4. Mix until doughy consistency
5. Remove dough from mixing bowl. Divide into 15 pieces
6. Roll each piece into a six inch circle using flour on your board and a rolling pin.
7. Heat a small to medium skillet on medium-high heat
8. Cook tortilla about 30 seconds on each side until brown and puffy
9. Store in a baggie in the fridge for up to one week.
